You can use the tracking number assigned to you to track your order. You can track the location of your order by entering this number in the "My Orders" section or on the cargo company's website. You can also get support from our customer service.
To initiate the exchange process, please contact us by sending an e-mail to qafgoods@gmail.com and inform us within 14 business days, explaining the name of the product, order number and why the product will be replaced.After notification, please place the product you want to exchange in its undamaged, original packaging without removing the labels and package it securely. Please note that the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.We will notify you via e-mail after we receive the returned product and determine whether your product is suitable for exchange. In cases where we determine that your product is not suitable for exchange, it will be sent back to your address and the return shipping fee will be covered by us.
In case of return, the refund will be made according to your payment method. After checking that the product complies with the return conditions, the refund will be processed to your credit card within 10-14 business days.
